Dr Scott Crosby

Scott is a local boy whose family live in Newark, he started on his Veterinary pathway with the Sleaford Vet Group in 2002, first seeing practice and then working as an Associate Vet in 2010-2011 before heading to London and then on to the Middle East to further his education. He took ownership of Sleaford Vets in 2016 and then Collingham Vets in 2018. He strive's to ensure all clients are happy with the service they receive, so they come back time and time again.

Originally from Inverness I moved to Sleaford in 2005 and started working here at the practice as a nurse. I love my job as every day brings something new and I have made a number of friends (including furry ones) in my time here. I live at home with my husband, 2 children and our menagerie of pets; 3 dogs, 2 cats and I also foster special needs cases for the RSPCA.

I qualified from Liverpool Veterinary School in 2007, first doing a year in mixed practice before deciding to focus solely on small animals. I moved to Lincolnshire in 2015 and joined the Sleaford Vets team in 2017. I love meeting clients with their pets and have special interest in surgery. I have two lovely boys and have been joined by Scout the Border Terrier.

Miguel joined Sleaford Vet Group in January 2024, having relocated from Portugal. He works predominantly at Collingham Vets and occasionally at our Sleaford Vets branch. He really enjoys client interactions and surgery, approaching challenges in a sensible and efficient way.

I live locally with my husband, 2 sons and cats Rodney & Reggie, whom I hand reared both myself. I have been qualified for 10 years and part of the Sleaford Vets team for 5 years. My main interests are anaesthesia and inpatient care.
Rebecca Mullen

I qualified as an RVN in 2018. I have worked out two other small animal practices before joining Sleaford Vets in July 2024. I enjoy all aspects of nursing and love the variety that it brings as no two days are the same. I have a keen interest in anaesthesia.

I joined Sleaford Vets nursing team in 2018 and I love that my job allows me to make a difference to both our patients and their owners. My role is varied, with nurse clinics, running blood samples, providing pre/post operative care or nursing our poorly patients. When not nursing, I process our insurance claims and have extra training in behaviour and cat care.

I started working at Sleaford Vets in 2022 as a Nursing Assistant. I've learnt a lot from the team and even more from our wonderful clients. I have now embarked on my nursing degree. My current job role involves reception, running blood samples, helping recover patients from surgery, assisting the nurses and lots of cleaning!

I have worked on reception here at Sleaford Vets for 8 years and thoroughly love my job, chatting and meeting clients. I enjoy horse riding, driving classic cars, music gigs, festivals and looking after my family's 2 ponies, 3 cats and countless chickens. Previously I worked as a registered general nurse for 35 years and then decided on a career change.

Working in the Veterinary field for around 20 years, I've been with Sleaford Vets since 2016. A jack of all Traes in most areas within the practice. I do reception, patient care, weight clinics as well as plenty of paperwork. I've been around animals all of my life, where I was brought up on a farm. I really enjoy the outdoors and riding my horse 'Buddy' around the countryside.

Lynne has worked at Sleaford Vets since 2019 and is well experienced interacting with out clients. She helps coordinate vaccination reminders and appointments. Lynne has additionally undergone more training in pet bereavement.

Nursing Assistant & Fundraising Coordinator
I started at Sleaford Vets in 2022. I love puppies and cuddling with all the patients after their operations so they're not on their own. I also actively post to our social media pages and I am the fund-raising coordinator for the group.
