Insurance
Please be aware that we are receiving a huge number of insurance claims to process. As such there is currently up to a two-week processing time.
Since Covid, most Insurance companies have moved away from the old paper claim forms to online claims. In theory this makes the process faster however each insurance company has a different method of initiating claims. Please check with your insurance company how to initiate your claim. If your policy requires your vet to initiate the claim, please ensure that you have provided us with your Policy number, details and have notified us of the claim.
We charge a £10.00 Admin Fee for each claim processed. This is to cover the time spent processing the claim. This fee is not claimable against your policy.
Direct Claims
We can provide direct claims however, we would require either pre authorisation from the insurance company or proof of policy and authorisation from management in advance of the procedure. This can sometimes take a few days so please allow sufficient time to process this before your pet's procedure. In addition, we charge a Direct Claim fee of £40.00 payable at time of treatment along with your policy excess fee. These fees are not claimable against your policy.
